When you purchase a Consultation Online Guide you will receive immediate access to ALL information as advertised. Therefore it is deemed “used” after you purchase it. All sales and consultations are final and non-refundable.

If you are scheduled for a Relocation Tour, you will get access to the Relocation Online Guide days before your tour start date.

Refunds:

To protect your non-refundable travel expenses, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you do not have a provider please: CLICK HERE

For cancellations made 30 days or more before your tour date: You will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before your tour date: No refund or credit will be issued.

If your tour is less than 30 days away and you become ill, have a family emergency, or travel restrictions are put in place that prevents you from entering Mexico, you will not be eligible for a refund.
This is why I recommend purchasing travel insurance that will reimburse you for non-refundable travel expenses in these scenarios. Make sure you read the fine print.

No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your tour or if you interrupt or cancel your tour for any reason once it has begun.

For transactions less than 120 days old, the refund will be issued to the credit card you used when making your reservation. For transactions 120 days old or more, we can issue the refund by check or via PayPal.
